To Eat or Not to Eat

To eat or not to eat, that is the question! I have often wondered and struggled between getting the enjoyment of eating whatever and whenever I want versus doing the right thing for my body and not eating after 10pm, watching what I eat, etc. At one extreme would be super healthy habits but a loss of much enjoyment and at the other extreme would be unhealthy habits but mucho food enjoyment. I want my chocolate after 10pm!! Wonder where others come down on this enjoyment versus self-restraint issue?
